Watts Up Joss is a lifestyle and athletic blog created by Josselyn Gutierrez to share her MTB Racing, Bike Travel Experiences and other adventures.
Josselyn Gutierrez was born in 1987 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and moved to Florida, USA in 2001 permanently, where she discovered the sport that would change her life forever in 2011.
Since then , Josselyn has been living a “life behind bars”. She has been racing MTB competitively since 2012, under the support and sponsorship of Alex’s Bicycle Pro Shop. She has competed in multiple Florida State Championships where she claimed a 4th place overall as a Cat 1 racer in 2014, and a 5th place overall in her latest 2015 season. In 2014-2015 she claimed a Champion 1st Place Title at the Coconut Cup Championship. In 2016 she also claimed a respectable 2nd Place at USAC XC Marathon Nationals in her age group. From there, the list of accomplishments goes on to several wins at Endurance XC races in the Southeast US and the completion of Ultra Endurance Challenge “Huracan 300” in Florida.
